The property includes a propane grill with a small tank. While our team makes every effort to keep it filled, we cannot guarantee the tank will always last for the duration of your stay. • Simple plug-and-use system — no internet or app required
Important EV Note:
Guests must bring their own compatible EV charging cable/adapter. This is a residential Level 2 charger (not a commercial fast charger) and is ideal for steady, overnight charging.
Pool & Hot Tub Rules
Pool and hot tub are to be used at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The pool alarm is a safety feature and may activate with sudden movement or splashing — this is normal.
Do not tamper with, disable, move, or alter the pool alarm, pool equipment, temperature, AC, or humidity controls.
Any tampering or unauthorized adjustments will result in a $500 penalty, and guests will be responsible for repair or service costs.
No Smoking / Vaping Policy
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including indoors, decks, patios, and common areas.
$500 penalty will be imposed for any violations, plus additional cleaning or damage costs if applicable.
Pet Policy – No Pets Allowed
To ensure a comfortable, clean, and allergen-friendly experience for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property
If any pet is brought onto the property, the following will apply:
• A $750 unauthorized pet fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning and sanitation
• Guests will be financially responsible for any damage caused by the pet, including (but not limited to) furniture, linens, flooring, or outdoor areas
• Any repair or replacement costs will be charged separately based on actual damages
This policy helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for every guest

• Location Disclaimer: This home is located near a national park. No refunds can be issued for temporary rolling power outages, internet/Wi-Fi interruptions, or wildlife sightings (including mice, rodents, or bears). Pest control services are performed 1–2 times per month, and our team responds quickly if assistance is needed.
