• St. John’s is served by the Metrobus public bus system, with routes throughout the city connecting neighbourhoods, downtown, and key destinations. Fares are affordable and passes are available. Routes and stops can be checked on the Metrobus website or apps like Transit.
(Note: there isn’t a train station in St. John’s — trains aren’t part of local urban transit.)

🚕 Taxis & Rides
• Several licensed taxi companies operate 24/7 in the area and can be called or hailed, making them convenient for direct trips or when buses aren’t running. Options include Jiffy Cabs, Executive Services (car service), Avalon Taxi, Bugdens 2013 Ltd., Red & Yellow Cabs, and Newfound Cabs.

No smoking is allowed inside the property. Smoking inside the property will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated containers.

No additional guests are allowed without prior confirmation. Please confirm before inviting additional people to the house who are not confirmed in the booking. Additional guests not listed, nor notified prior to stay, will be charged an extra guest fee of $250 per guest, per night, and may be required to leave.

In accordance with city guidelines, quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or events are permitted at any time. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
