Welcome to Bombay Chardonnay, a bright and modern hillside retreat surrounded by the rolling vineyards and golden ridgelines that define Paso Robles wine country. Set just off the scenic Highway 41 corridor, this peaceful home offers sweeping views, wide-open skies, and effortless access to the region’s most beloved tasting rooms, country roads, and farm-to-table dining. It’s the perfect balance of privacy and proximity—close enough to explore, quiet enough to truly unwind.

Inside, the home is warm and airy, styled with clean lines, soft neutrals, and an open-concept layout that brings everyone together. The living area is designed for comfort, with plenty of natural light and a TV that makes slow mornings or movie nights feel inviting. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need for easy meals at home, flowing seamlessly into the dining and lounge spaces for a relaxed, modern experience.

Step outside to what quickly becomes the heart of the stay: a spacious covered pavilion overlooking panoramic views of the Paso landscape. A shaded dining table for six creates a beautiful setting for sunrise coffees, outdoor dinners, and long conversations under pastel sunsets. A BBQ setup stands ready for laid-back grilling, while the surrounding patio offers room to take in the quiet and breathe in the open air.

Bombay Chardonnay accommodates up to seven guests across three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering a private, hotel-like retreat. A second bedroom with a queen bed provides calm comfort, and a third bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk adds flexibility for families or groups. A second full bathroom with a shower-and-tub combination ensures plenty of convenience during your stay.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that a groundskeeper lives on the property.
- There are two vacation rentals on the property in close proximity. If both units are occupied, guests may cross paths and share the driveway and outdoor areas.
- The property is located in a rural area, and there are no street lights on the road leading up to the home.

Parking Details:
- The property offers parking for 4 vehicles.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
