Check-In/Check-Out:

•Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. We may be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, so please check with us in advance.
•Always press the feature on the keypad when leaving the premises.

Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You may smoke outside in designated areas, and please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets:

•Pets (maximum of 2) are welcomed for an additional cost.
•Please inform the host BEFORE arrival to ensure approval of your pet or pets!

Quiet Hours:

Please be mindful of your noise levels between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. We want to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Parties and Events:

Parties and events are not allowed on the premises. This is a residential area, and we want to be respectful of our neighbors' peace and privacy.

Occupancy:

The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in your reservation. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional guests.

Damages:

Guests are responsible for ANY damages to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any accidents or issues immediately.

Kitchen Use:

Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher, and countertops should be wiped down.

Garbage and Recycling:

Please dispose of your garbage and recycling in the designated bins on the left side of the house.

Appliances and Equipment:

•Use all appliances, electronics, and equipment in a safe and responsible manner. If you are unsure how to operate something, don't hesitate to ask.
•Garage door is SHUT and LOCKED at all times and shall not be opened at any time.

Lost and Found:

We are not responsible for any items left behind. If you realize you've forgotten something, please contact us, and we will do our best to arrange for its return.

Emergency Procedures:

In case of an emergency, please contact the appropriate authorities by dialing 911 . For non-emergency issues, reach out to us directly.
