Welcome to the penthouse apartment! Located up-stairs above the check-in office, features two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living area. Enjoy an elevated view overlooking the RV park and the Snake River. The apartment showcases custom finishes throughout, including a chefs kitchen with a large island, a comfortable oversized couch, and generously sized bedroomsperfect for relaxing and unwinding.
The master bedroom features a large king-size firm Tempur-Pedic bed, while the guest bedroom offers a cozy soft pillow-top queen-size bed. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with the vanity and two sinks separate from the shower and toilet, providing added privacy. Large windows throughout the apartment offer stunning views of the RV park and breathtaking evening sunsets.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stovetop, oven, and a massive island for entertaining with seating for three, plus a dining table that seats six. The living room features a large green sectional that comfortably seats six adults, along with two additional chairs. Stay warm and cozy by the fireplace, easily turned on with the click of a button. Our smart TV has a few streaming apps already provided and logged-in for your convenience.

We loved our stay here in the this beautiful modern yet homey rental. We loved the decor and furniture. The access to the trail was really convenient. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom early in the morning. Beds, including the pull-out sofa, were super comfortable. Lots of wonderful natural light, which is only problematic if you’re not an early riser. The stay was very quiet. We never heard the RVs and other campers. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The location is one of our favorite parts.

The Penthouse near the Snake River with river views framed by mature trees. You have direct access to the Greenbelt for walking or biking, and you are less than two miles from historic downtown Idaho Falls.

It feels peaceful and scenic, but you are still just minutes from restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and local events. You get the calm of the river without feeling removed from everything.

It is a setting that feels tucked away while still being incredibly convenient.
