Family Fun Townhouse on lake Desoto

Come stay at this spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath two story townhouse on lake Desoto. Perfect for a couples getaway or a small family. This townhouse has much to offer such as games for the whole family, books, and a nice back deck overlooking the lake. Go for a swim or go kayaking. There are 2 kayaks for guests to use. You can rent additional kayaks from the Desoto Marina nearby. One bedroom has a Queen size bed and the other one features double regular bunk beds to sleep 6 total guests in the property. On the main floor, you have a spacious living room/dining room area and a kitchen with updated appliances. There is also a 1/2 bath located on the main level. The full bath with a walk in shower is located downstairs between the 2 bedrooms.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office.
