Hi Shawn, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the primary bedroom felt too warm upon arrival and for the issue you encountered. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously, and had we been notified during your stay, we would have addressed both concerns immediately. We’re glad to hear you otherwise enjoyed your stay, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can continue improving for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback, Deborah. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the pergola area, and the lake views. We do want to clarify that the listing accurately reflects the layout, proximity to neighbors, and available parking, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. That said, we always appreciate suggestions and will take your comments about additional household items into consideration. Regarding the lake, we do note that this is a natural Florida environment, and wildlife can occasionally be present. We’re happy you still had an enjoyable stay overall and appreciate your recommendation. We’d love to host you again in the future.
