Hi Evelyn, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I will be sure to remove the checkmark under fireplace. We used to have it available in people would burn paper which caused Ash to grow in the chimney and blowout into those beautiful pine trees, which became a fire hazard sadly the insurance is three times what it used to be due to the fire danger in that area so we just had to take away the use of the fireplace. unfortunately not everyone uses it properly and carefully like I’m sure you would have. I am so sorry to hear about the DVD player. It worked fine for me the last time I was there but if it’s time to be replaced, we will definitely do so how disappointing so sorry to hear you couldn’t watch your movie. I know we have over 100 movies up there, but it doesn’t do any good if the player isn’t working properly. Lastly, I can appreciate your frustration on the forks. It used to be the spoons. I have purchased service for 16 people more than twice and the darn silverware just keeps disappearing. I have no idea what people do with it. Thank you for coming and staying with us. We do appreciate your business. Thank you for your feedback so we can continue to improve.

Hi Snejana, It was a delight to have you and your family come stay. We love being close to both Snoqualmie skiing and Suncadia for all the summer and winter activities from hiking snowshoeing, playing in the pool and slides at Suncadia.
