One of the estate’s signature features is the spectacular 3,000 sq ft rooftop patio — a private urban oasis unlike anything else in the city. Guests can enjoy a full outdoor kitchen, a hot tub, a putting green, two outdoor TVs, and generous lounge seating for 40+ guests, creating the perfect setting to relax, entertain, and take in the atmosphere in total comfort.
Inside, the home continues to impress with its unique Garage Party Room, featuring a state-of-the-art golf simulator and large projection screens for a memorable and elevated group experience.
The estate also includes two fully equipped kitchens with premium appliances, ideal for extended stays, private chef experiences, catered dinners, or large-group meal prep. With five unique bar areas throughout the property and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, Gargoyle House was built for connection, celebration, and comfort.

General Rules
Maximum occupancy must remain within the approved booking limits at all times
Only registered guests and approved visitors are permitted on the property
Please treat the home, furnishings, and amenities with care
Any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or rule violations may result in additional charges
Quiet Hours / Neighbour Respect
Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
Guests must be respectful of neighbours at all times, especially during arrivals and departures
No shouting, loitering, honking, or street / driveway congregation
Outdoor areas, including the rooftop, may be restricted after 10:00 PM depending on the nature of the stay or any approved gathering
Outdoor Sound
No outdoor DJs
No outdoor speakers
No outdoor amplified music or sound of any kind
Smoking Policy
No cigarette, cigar, or cannabis smoking inside the home
Vaping may be permitted, but guests are responsible for any lingering odours, residue, or additional cleaning required
Events / Gatherings
No unapproved parties or events
Any gathering, celebration, special event, vendor setup, DJ setup, or amplified music plan must be disclosed in advance and approved in writing before booking
Select private, invite-only celebrations may be considered on a limited basis
Approved events may require:
additional event fees
a refundable event deposit
professional security
one-day event insurance
a guest list in advance
No public promotion, public ticket sales, or open-invitation events
All non-overnight attendees for approved events must leave by the required end time communicated by the host
Additional Event Restrictions (If Approved)
Outdoor areas may be closed after 10:00 PM
No rooftop gatherings after 10:00 PM unless specifically approved in writing
No outdoor bar setups, outdoor DJ setups, or outdoor dancing without written approval
Event vendors (including DJs, caterers, bartenders, decorators, rental companies, or similar) must be disclosed in advance and approved by the host
Violations
Any undisclosed gathering, unapproved event, excessive noise, neighbour complaint, guest overage, or violation of these rules may result in:
immediate cancellation or termination of the reservation
removal of guests or visitors
additional charges
loss of deposit where applicable
