The apartment is located in Alt-Tegel directly on the beautiful Brunowplatz. The area is characterized by a bourgeois district with some shops and many cafes and restaurants. The proximity to the beautiful Tegeler See offers great excursion destinations and local recreation opportunities. The Greenwich Promenade is within walking distance in 5 minutes. There you will find excursion steamers and boat rentals and cafes. Lake Tegel invites you to go for a walk, boating and swimming in the summer months.

Public transport can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There are numerous bus connections, as well as subway and S-Bahn connections available.

The apartment was completed in January 2020 and is very clean and modern. It has a double bed and a 3-seater couch (pull-out sofa bed). A terrace door leads from the bedroom to the green front garden, which can also be used.
