Includes beautiful back deck with propane BBQ, plenty of seating, new Hot Tub, and never-ending views of the National Forest! Sleeps 4.
This cabin is cute and spacious at the same time. There is ample space for people. The open floor plan encompassing the living room/kitchen/dining area allows for fun family time with games at the cozy wood dining table.
Beautiful outdoors: You will have plenty to do at this cabin. Enjoy the perfect winter experience with the forest right at your doorstep, where you can sled in what feels like your own little ski slope right there. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall enjoy the hiking trails in your own backyard, or go bike riding. The perfect outdoor setting in Big Bear.
2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Primary bedroom includes a queen bed, a private door to the back deck and a full Primary bathroom just remodeled. The 2nd bedroom also includes a CA king-size bed and is cozy and warm. There is a full-size newly remodeled guest bathroom in the hallway.
The living room is open and decorated with lots of Big Bear charm. Includes a flat-screen TV, Cable and Blu-Ray, gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. Gas fireplace, Large flat screen TV, Cable, Blu-Ray, and Wireless Internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up your favorite meal. This home has lots of Big Bear charm! It's clean and newly remodeled, and the pricing is great!
The bathrooms have been fully remodeled and are very clean and functional.
If you are coming to Big Bear this is the place to stay for a small family or a couples retreat! You Can't Beat This Amazing Backyard!
The location of this cabin is ideal. Walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort. The golf course and zoo are just around the corner (maybe a 3-minute drive) and just 5 to 10 minutes to the Village, restaurants, and shopping. This is a year-round retreat! You can't beat the location and the amazing backyard with your own hiking trails!
House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on the property
• No more than 2 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered persons must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
Parking for 2 cars. Driveway parking for up to two vehicles.
Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.
Maximum Occupancy: 4
Max Adult Occupancy: 4
(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 4 allowed. No Over Occupancy.)

Vacation Rental Permit/License VRR-2024-2342
Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
Other Things to Note:
Parking for 2 cars (driveway).
Special Information Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Violation of any no-pet policy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund due for unused portions of stay - violation may also result in a minimum $250.00 fine, plus charges for additional cleaning and any required repairs.
City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy.
The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake, and has been copied verbatim from city documents.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit.
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you.
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.
On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
