You’ll love this home’s inviting living room, with its beamed wood ceilings, inset lighting, wood flooring, leather sectional, stacked-rock fireplace with a wood-stove insert, and modern décor. Find yourself with morning coffee on the front deck and cool mountain air. Dine in style on cushioned seating in the beautiful, fully equipped modern kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a gas range. You can also take your meals al fresco in the expansive backyard, where you’ll find a covered dining deck with a gas grill, a bubbling hot tub, and a built-in gas fire-pit with a circle of chairs for enjoying the sunset through the large pines surrounding the property. When it’s time to retire for the day, you’ll want to claim the sumptuous king suite with its beamed ceiling, TV, and spa-like bath for yourself. Another king bedroom shares a beautiful bath with a bunk room, both with TVs. When work calls, you’ll find a small office space in the upstairs hallway. Permit VRR-2025-0142
Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.
Other Things to Note:
Parking for 2 vehicles
Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Violation of any no-pet policy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund due for unused portions of stay - violation may also result in a minimum $250.00 fine, plus charges for additional cleaning and any required repairs.
City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy.
The following policy is required by the City of Big Bear Lake, and has been copied verbatim from city documents.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit.
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7.
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations.
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Fines.
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction.
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.
On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
