It is named after the former stable master of the estate, the "big Michel" and after his daughter Micheline, the last resident of the house, who was very close to our family. For a few years now it has served families and friends as a holiday retreat and can also be used for eight people by renting the diagonally opposite kätchen. His dining room with large dining table for up to 12 people and his spacious living room, from which you can directly access the terrace and the extensive garden on the Geltinger Au, are particularly suitable for this. Children have space to play or use the trampoline here. Located at the end of the rural street "Am Schlossgraben", in which there are only four historic houses with large gardens, the village of Gelting with its playground and shopping facilities is within walking distance. The nearby beaches of the Gelting Bay in Falshöft, Wackerballig and Pottloch can also be reached quickly.

Lovely excursion destinations are the enchanting harbor town of Kappeln, the fishing village of Maasholm, the pretty Schleidörfer and the city of Flensburg.
