Bathrooms:
- 2 full bathrooms (main level + basement)
- There is no bathroom upstairs; all upstairs guests will use stairs to access the bathrooms

- Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles: There is a space for one small car at the end of the driveway, plus space for 2 small cars or 1 large one up front. However, there is always plentiful street parking!

Guest access
Guests will have access via the backdoor keyless entry smart keypad. They will be given their own unique code prior to check-in.
Other things to note
- This multi-level home requires 3 steps to enter.
- The interior stairs going up to the 2nd floor bedrooms can be considered steep and narrow, and there is no bathroom on the 2nd level.
- The garage, shed, and camper are not available for guest use
- Bedroom 3 is located in the basement and egress, in the case of fire, is through a window well
- You may occasionally see lawn care workers on-site doing yard work
- There is no fire pit
- The bathrooms are on the main level and in the basement. Again, there is not a bathroom upstairs with the full and king bedrooms.
