Comfort apartment with sauna

Holidays on the Lower Rhine .... boring ???? Definitely not in our newly renovated and comfortably furnished apartment. Basement: 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom and TV. Ground floor: large hall, open kitchen to living room with sofa bed (140x200 cm) for 3rd and 4th Person, TV, bathroom and with a nice dining area to the south. Shopping: Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann, pharmacy within walking distance in approx. 150 m, as well as the bus stop. From summer 2020 small south terrace for sole use. Sauna in the house with use after advance notification and small fee. You are welcome to bring your bikes with you for endless cycling tours in the beautiful Rheinaue, which is on our doorstep. Or visit Duisburg with its newly designed inner harbor including marina and a well-kept restaurant. The Landscape Park North is also right on our doorstep (former steel works, now a cultural mile with many events, climbing park, diving in a diving gasometer with artificial reef and wreck of a motor yacht and the fuselage of an airplane. Oberhausen with the Centro O, Bochum (Musical Starlight Express), Düsseldorf (Altstadt), Cologne (Lenxass Arena) and the Netherlands are quickly reached by car. Are you still thinking?
