The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep simple, whether you're whipping up beach snacks or a family feast, and the adjacent dining space offers plenty of room for everyone to gather and eat with a view. Each of the three bedrooms offers a peaceful retreat after a day in the sun. The primary suite boasts its own private bath and gorgeous water views, while additional bedrooms - including one with bunk beds perfect for kids - ensure everyone has their own space to unwind. With three bathrooms, morning routines are also smooth and stress-free! A queen sleeper sofa in the second living area adds extra flexibility for your group.

Outside, step onto your private balcony and soak up the fresh bay breeze. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks! With easy neighborhood access, you can hit the beach at any time of the day. Walk the dog along the walking paths, make a splash at the community pool and lazy river, or take advantage of other great amenities (with fee)!

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
