Located in League City, this house is a dream for families or groups seeking a pleasant getaway. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed, guests find plenty of space to relax. The two bathrooms offer superb comfort, including a jetted bathtub and a separate shower. Inside, the house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet mornings, this fantastic home provides a welcoming retreat. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
This hidden gem is located in the heart of League City. Serene and peaceful are a couple of ways to describe this charmer. Nestled beneath live oak and pecan trees, this home offers a spacious backyard, patio, and kayaks for guests to enjoy.
Take a 2 minute stroll to Heritage Park which boasts a lovely kayak launch ramp and watch a sunset views over Clear Creek. Spend the day at nearby NASA or the Kemah Boardwalk. Not to mention, Downtown Houston and Galveston are just a short drive away.
The space
The main house includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, and the other bedroom includes a queen-size bed.
Guests also have access to a detached "she shed" type space that includes 1 full-size bed, 2 twin-sized beds, and a desk. This space is air-conditioned
and heated.
The kitchen includes a gas range/oven, an oversized refrigerator, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, an R/O water purifier, and all necessary kitchen supplies and utensils.
The master bathroom includes a natural stone shower, clawfoot bathtub, toilet, and full vanity with sink. The guest bathroom includes a shower/bath combo, toilet, and vanity with sink.
The main hallway/storage area includes a full-size washer and dryer for guests to use.
The outdoor space includes many amenities such as: a Texas tank pool, spacious deck, a gas grill, brick pizza oven, smoker, BBQ, and fire pit.
A kayak is included with your stay, the nearby kayak launch is within walking distance.
Guests have full access to the main house, detached "she shed" space, backyard, fire pit, gas grill, smoker, kayak, and brick pizza oven.
