This quiet and spacious lake home (sleep 10+) is perfect for group gathering and lake activities including swimming, jumping, tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, ... The private neighborhood is surrounded by trees & flowers. If you’re lucky, you might see some wild deer and local osprey! Only minutes away from great restaurants, shopping & recreational activities in Mooresville/Lake Norman areas, Lowes' Head Offices, Davidson College, and a quick drive to all that Charlotte has to offer.

The property is ideal for family reunions, executive retreats, friend get-togethers. Wake up in the most relaxed and serene waterfront environment. Amazing lake views from most windows and a huge boat slip. Bring your own boat or rent one from the many marinas nearby! Enjoy waterfront living on our huge deck that spans the entire length of the house!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom #1 (1st) master suite: 1 king bed, private bath (#1) with a sink, a separate double sinks and sitting area with a sofa bed, and a balcony facing the lake

Bedroom #2: 1 king bed, 2 chairs, and access to the huge deck facing the lake

Bedroom #3: 2 single beds and a night stand

Bedroom #4 (2nd) master suite: 1 king bed, private bath (#2), a chair, a 55' smart TV, a stationary bike, and access to the patio/lake

One full bath room (#3): a shower, a bath tub, a sink, and a toilet

One bonus room: 1 sofa bed, 1 night stand, 1 foosball, and 1 bean bag

1st Living room: one 65' smart TV, a formal dinning table, sofa chairs, and access to the huge deck facing the lake

2nd Living room: one 65' smart TV, one combined pool and pingpong table, a darts, large sofas, and access to the patio/lake

We provide a complimentary starter kit for your comfort, including bath/beach towels, extra sets of bed linens, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, trash can liners, and toilet paper. Please only take the beach towels not the white towels outside.

There are plenty of space to park your cars (14+ space): either right in front of the main entrance and garage, or the loop drive way down to the lake. DO NOT PARK YOUR CARS BLOCKING THE NEIGHBOR'S DRIVEWAY PLEASE. Feel free to call us if you need any help.

Pets (up to 3 pets per stay) are welcome with prior approval. Non refundable pet fee of $150 is for one pet only. If you have more than 1 pet, please pay the appropriate pet fee ($150 each, up to 3 pets per stay) after your reservation and before passcode can be sent. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PAY PET FEE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PET.
