We offer you a spacious and well-equipped apartment in the 'Landhaus Immenbarg', in a quiet location on the edge of the beautiful seaside resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes by bike from the Baltic Sea beach.

Relax in the cozy holiday apartment 'Auszeit' with your own sauna and enjoy your well-deserved vacation on the Baltic Sea. The apartment is an excellent starting point for relaxing and varied cycling and hiking tours.

The approx. 66m² apartment was renovated in 2018 and offers 2 to 4 people enough space for a relaxing holiday. All windows and balcony doors are provided with insect screens.
The 'Auszeit' apartment on the ground floor has a bright living room with a double sofa bed (satellite TV / DVD, radio / CD, free WiFi), a separate, well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a new shower room (with hairdryer). The newly created spacious south-facing terrace (with seating for six people and a beach chair) invites you to linger outdoors. We ask you not to smoke in the apartment.

The special highlight of the 'Auszeit' apartment is a large sauna with experience shower that is only accessible to you (please bring your own sauna towels).

If necessary, you can book the apartment 'Lobby' for 2 people in the immediate vicinity (completely as an apartment 'Wellness'). A large lawn is also available.

In the 'Landhaus Immenbarg' animal lovers with their favorites (dogs only) are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the house and on the associated property. When booking with a dog, an additional final cleaning fee of 30 € will be charged.

A bike rental and a riding stable are nearby. You can easily reach the Warnemünd golf course, the broad Baltic Sea beach and the Warnemünd center via the well-developed cycling and hiking trails.

You can park your car right next to the house on its own free parking space and store your bicycles in a lockable, covered common area. A washing machine and dryer with coin slot are available in an annex. A clothes horse is in your apartment.
