A) PRISTINE CLEAN: Before you arrive your host Patrick fastidiously *dusts and/or vacuums from literally top to bottom including all ceiling fan downrods, motors, and blades, and all HVAC vents, and replaces HVAC INTAKE FILTERS every month; *cleans the 3 Winix C545 Air Purifiers including outer surfaces, pre-filter screens, and charcoal screens, and as necessary, installs HEPA filters; *cleans and disinfects all surfaces in bedrooms, bathrooms (including shower head/tub faucet), kitchen, dining area, and living room and all furniture including bar stools, chairs, sofa, and desktops; *cleans kitchen countertop water pitcher and, as necessary, installs new EPIC Brand filter in water pitcher; B) SAFETY, PRIVACY, AND SERVICE: *Ocean Keyes is a gated community of condos and townhomes in the beautiful Ocean Drive Neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach. *On-Site Security patrols the premises evenings/nightimes year-round and 24/7 during summer season. *Virtually nobody comes into Ocean Keyes except Residents, Guests (like you and your fellow Guests), and your usual service vendors. *Your condo is on the third floor (top floor; elevator) and few people come up to third floor. *Most hours each day it feels peaceful and quiet. *Your host Patrick gives you complete privacy with contactless check-in and check-out. *And, if you happen to need anything, Patrick (and his wife) live in another building in Ocean Keyes so he is available if you need something. C) SERENE LAKEFRONT VIEW: Every time you step into your home away from home you will look out the windows in the main living room and/or primary bedroom and see the natural beauty and serenity of the lake itself and the fountains, swans, ducks, exotic waterfowl, and turtles, as well as the beautiful custom single family homes across the lake. D) BEACH AND OCEAN: Ocean Keyes’ Hillside Drive/6th Avenue North Gate is one block from ocean/beach in beautiful Ocean Drive neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach. Your condo is 2 blocks inside that gate. E) MAIN STREET: Ocean Keyes’ 2nd Avenue North Gate is One Block To Main Street in North Myrtle Beach and its “beach town” shops, restaurants, and attractions. F) MCLEAN PARK: Ocean Keyes is a 1/4-mile walk to charming little McLean Park with its half-mile paved walkway around a small lake with lots of ducks and turtles. Common Amenities that you are welcome to use include 6 separate swimming pools interspersed throughout the property. Each also has an in-ground hot tub whirlpool that are maintained and heated 365 days a year and bathrooms that are cleaned daily. The pools themselves are cleaned daily but none of the swimming pools are heated so most Residents and Guests limit their swimming to the warmer months. However, some Residents and Guests use the hot tubs year round.
There is one Fitness Center with Cardio and Strength Training Equipment. Another Community Building has a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, and Chess/Checkers Table. 2 Pickleball Courts. 1 Tennis Court. Outdoor Gas Grilling Stations are located strategically around the buildings. I) COMPLIMENTARY OPTIONAL SERVICES:
*Trash Pickup: There are three places around the property to drop your trash (main one is also recycling) - AND, if you want, for no extra charge Patrick will pick up your trash M, T, W, Th, and F if you double the trash bag (ample drawstring trash bags under kitchen sink), tie tightly, and leave right outside condo door between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM (otherwise you can just take your trash yourself to one of the 3 stations). Please only leave out between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM. Thank You. *Pilates/Yoga -> Patrick teaches 60-minute Group Pilates/Yoga Classes at 8:00 AM on M, T, W, Th, and F in Ocean Keyes Building PH15 (two blocks from your condo). Class is 6 weeks Pilates (either Mat/Stability Ball or Mat/Roller) then 6 weeks Yoga (2 different All-Levels sequences). You are welcome to attend these classes for free any and/or all the days you are here. *Patrick’s Incredible Edibles: Patrick regularly bakes incredibly delicious healthy vegan cookies, bars, and pound cakes and often shares them (and the recipes) with Friends, Neighbors, Masters Swim Teammates, and others. There are over a dozen different recipes including Peanut Butter, Oatmeal Raisin, Tahini, Carob Chip, Apple Walnut, Cashew Pineapple, Pumpkin Spice, Banana Vanilla Bean, Blueberry Pound Cake, etc. You are welcome to ask ahead of time for a complimentary baker’s dozen of one cookie or one pound cake or a half dozen bars and Patrick will leave for you in your refrigerator. J) OPTIONAL REFRIGERATOR STOCKING: Some Guests (such as ones who are staying for a few days after they undergo local medical procedures) enjoy arriving to a refrigerator stocked with their choices of items. Upon request, Patrick will do this for a flat fee based on what and how much you want (in addition to reimbursing Patrick for the cost of the groceries). K) INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP PILATES SESSIONS: Patrick has taught over 20,000 Pilates Reformer, Pilates Cadillac, Pilates Chair, Pilates Mat with Stability Ball, Pilates Mat with Roller, and Yoga group classes andindividual sessions. Upon request and for a fee, Patrick can teach you and your fellow renters private sessions at your condo.
