In the holiday home with approx. 50m2 there are 2 separate apartments, each with an extra entrance. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a small room with a double bed (140x200 cm). On the ground floor there is an additional couch in the kitchen that can be used for sleeping! The apartment exudes a cozy hut atmosphere. The tiled stove provides cozy warmth and there is also a pellet heater. Bed linen, towels, cooking and eating utensils, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and TV. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower. The toilet is separate. Sufficient parking spaces available. Restaurants in Lassing can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The house is located on the driveway to the Hochkar ski area, 1 minute to the bus station, in the immediate vicinity is the entrance to the Lassing cross-country ski run. Summer vacationers can also reach the entrance to the Mendlingtal adventure world in a few minutes on foot.
