The Space:

Our townhome is the perfect retreat for Disney lovers of all ages, blending immersive theming with the comfort, space, and convenience of staying in your own home — all in one of the closest resort communities to the Disney Parks.

Getting Around:

Windsor Hills is located just 2 miles from Disney (approximately 10–15 minutes to all Disney Parks) and only minutes from nearby restaurants and shopping essentials like Walmart — making vacation logistics easy.



The townhome includes one driveway parking space, with additional free guest parking throughout the resort, including many spaces within a short walk. Oversize parking for RVs, boats, and trailers is also available within the resort.



Other Things to Note:

🔐 Windsor Hills is a private, gated resort with 24/7 security. We’ll register all drivers in advance (maximum of 3 vehicles) for smooth entry at the gate.



🅿️ The townhome includes one driveway parking space, plus free guest parking throughout the resort. Street parking is not permitted.



🏡 Our home is not affiliated with Disney. We’re simply a family of Disney fans excited to share our townhome with other Disney-loving families.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will receive a unique smart lock code and a resort pass prior to arrival for easy entry through the security gate. Check-in and check-out are self-service and simple, with clear instructions provided in advance.



Wristbands and access codes for the resort amenities can be picked up at the Windsor Hills Guest Welcome Center at the clubhouse, just a short walk from the townhome.
