The apartment is located in a quiet area, which is particularly popular with families. The Timmendorfer town center with the numerous restaurants, boutiques and cafes can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and the beach is only 700 meters from the apartment. The apartment is close to the spa gardens and the center of Timmendorf is about a 5-minute walk away.

Living

Thanks to the clever room layout, the space in this two-room apartment is used optimally. The stylish and first-class kitchen is located in the living room, so that you can conjure up small culinary highlights with the help of high-quality kitchen appliances. Adjacent to the kitchenette is the dining area, where four people can sit. Furthermore, the apartment has a cozy couch corner with a sleeping function (1.40 mx 2.30 m). From there you have access to the furnished balcony, which offers plenty of sunshine from midday. The bedroom, furnished with a cozy 1.60-cm double bed, also has a large wardrobe, a smart TV and a dressing table. This room can be darkened by shutters.
