Spacious 4BR Home on Private Acre, Sleeps 10 Family & Group Friendly.

Thank you for your feedback, Melanie. I’m glad you enjoyed the location and that the kids were able to enjoy the game system during your stay. I sincerely apologize that parts of the home did not meet expectations upon arrival. We take cleanliness seriously, and your comments have been addressed with our cleaning team to help ensure future guests have a better experience. We also appreciate you bringing the carpet concern to our attention, and we are working to correct that issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the noise from a neighboring facility caused an issue, we will assress this issue, but we understand how frustrating that can be. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We thank you and we hope that once we hwve made these adjustments you will give us another opportunity to prove our commitment to Guest Comfort. Thanks again, Home Away From Home.
