The new memory foam couch in the sunroom pulls out to a queen size bed for guests.

The house offers a roomy bathroom with washer and dryer. Split unit heating and air conditioning for the warmer months in the main living space with separate electric baseboard units in the bedroom, sunroom and bathroom.

Every room has a wonderful view whether it's to the east to see the Henry Mtns, the west to see the Velvet Cliffs and Thousand Lake Mtn or the south to see Boulder Mtn and the Cockscomb.
