Semi-detached house STRANDLUST WF-05 in the Baltic seaside resort of Wustrow

The vacation home, built in 2012, in which this semi-detached house is located, is situated roughly at the geographic center of all of Wustrow’s landmarks. The pier, town center, church, Bodden harbor, and, of course, the Baltic Sea beach are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Despite this great location, the property is set back from any through traffic. Furthermore, the semi-detached home was completely renovated in January 2024 and furnished with new furniture.

The semi-detached home features a modern, elegant interior design and various practical details, such as a lockable shed on the property (for bicycles, beach gear, etc.).

The living area of the house combines a modern TV nook with a wood-burning stove, a stylish dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. From here, there is access to the large, furnished terrace with a garden area.
The two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—are located on the upper floor of the property, along with a shower room. An additional shower room with a sauna (power activated by a coin-operated machine: EUR 2.00 per hour) is located on the first floor.
