Finca Grimalt is situated on a plot with a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden between Alcúdia and Pollensa. The beautiful and level finca is ideally located for those who want to visit not only Alcúdia but also Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. All local amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes away.

Alcúdia can be reached in approx. 6 minutes by car. This small town offers a very beautiful, historic town centre with a pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The associated harbour Puerto Alcúdia offers a colourful range of leisure activities and varied nightlife, as well as a variety of restaurants from exclusive to family-friendly on the harbour promenade. The almost 7 kilometre long sandy beach in the bay of Alcudia is fine sandy and slopes gently into the sea. Water sports enthusiasts will find a wide range of water sports on offer here and surfers and kite surfers will find a rewarding spot! Pollensa is one of the most beautiful towns on the island with an enchanting old town and an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. A popular market is held in the narrow streets on Sundays.

The centre of Puerto Pollensa can be reached in approx. 14 minutes. The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

Pollensa is around 10 minutes away. The small town is one of the most beautiful towns on the island and has a charming old town and a spacious pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life go by in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Finca Grimalt is a finca in a classic country house style with a natural stone façade, river pebble and terracotta floors and exposed beams. The finca is furnished with great attention to detail and offers contemporary comfort. The entrance hall leads into the living area with sofas, satellite TV and a large decorative fireplace as well as a large dining table for 6 people. The living area has direct access to the well-kept terraces and the garden with pool. Adjacent to the living area is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table.

The house has three bedrooms: a bright double bedroom with wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms, also with wardrobes. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning with fixed operating times (afternoon and night).

Finca Grimalt has a well-kept outdoor area with beautiful terraces and lawns. There is a sun terrace by the pool. Right next to it is the BBQ house with outdoor kitchen and dining table as well as a small bathroom with toilet and shower. The house has a pergola with comfortable lounge furniture and another dining table. The finca has a table tennis table and there are private parking spaces for several cars.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
