REQUIREMENTS:
1. Require government-issued ID
2. Set age minimums (primary booking should be done by someone who is at least 25. An adult should be responsible for all children under their care)
3.. Limit same-day booking not allowed
4. Enable damage deposit
If staying over 7 days: $300 security deposit is paid and return upon booking completion.
If staying over 0-3 days: $75 security deposit is paid and return upon booking completion.
If staying over 3-6 days: $150 security deposit is paid and return upon booking completion.

Cleaning fees: $150 one time only if staying over 7 days.
$80 if staying only 3-6 days.
$40 if staying 0-3 days.

5. House Rules should be followed at all times:
This is a quiet, family neighborhood — no parties or loud events

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Only registered guests allowed; no unapproved visitors

Smoking or vaping indoors in completely PROHIBITED.

Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a cleaning up charge of $200.
Outdoor fireplace: adults only; must be fully extinguished with water after every use — no exceptions

Follow all safety rules; no candles or open flames indoors

Keep the home clean and dispose of trash properly. Every Sunday night the trash can must be on the sidewalk.

Do not flush anything down the toilet.

This includes toilet paper, wipes (including “flushable” wipes), feminine products, diapers, or any other items of any kind.

Disposal bins are provided and must be used.

Park only in designated areas (driveway fits up to 6 cars) . Street parking is also available one block away.

No pets unless approved in writing and security deposit is paid.

All children should be supervised by an adult who is fully responsible for children’s actions.

Respect check-in/check-out times. We can accommodate an earlier check in or a late check out with advance notice (at least 24 hours).

Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
