Wake to "Morning Glory" while sipping that first cup of coffee on your private balcony overlooking the glistening waters on the mighty Mississippi Gulf Coast! If preferred, stay cuddled, and enjoy the panoramic views from the king size bed in the spacious MBR. Both MBR & LR offer glass sliders for easy access to a private balcony. CAUTION - there is a ledge to step over before entering onto balcony.

The MBR features a wall of windows and glass slider opening onto private balcony for a panoramic view! Custom draperies with black out lining for sleeping in, (When sun is bright, you should close drapes & blinds to help keep inside temperature comfortable), Cozy electric fireplace for winter months, and a ceiling/floor fan to help stay comfortable in the hot summer months. The adjoining bath has separate shower, jetted tub with travertine surround, and private water closet.

The 2nd BR is located on the other end of the condo. It is a smaller room, irregular in shape, referred to as a wedge. It has a comfy Day Bed w/trundle, and adjoining bath. (Close the door before pulling the trundle out, as floor space is very limited.)

Full kitchen w/granite counters, SS appliances, and ALL the needed essentials. Stackable-full capacity washer/dryer, (clean filter before and after drying), ceiling fans, (3) flat screen TV's, complimentary Wi-Fi, Guest BR has no Cable. Roku has been installed for use by those guests having their own account.

Dining accommodates 6, (4) chairs, (2) bar stools. Sleeping capacity of four (4), but better accommodates a party of two. King in MBR, Daybed in 2nd BR. When trundle is used, floor space is limited. Close door before sliding trundle out. Both bedrooms are totally private to other areas, and have adjoining baths.

The MBR features a wall of glass and a glass slider onto a private balcony. (Use CAUTION when going in and out, you must step over a metal shield!) The view will take your breath away - white sandy beach, miles of eastern shore line, glorious sunrise, blue skies, and the massive Gulf waters! Custom draperies with black out lining for sleeping in. Drapes should be OPEN and CLOSED using the wand behind drapes to prevent staining, and wear. Please “carefully” close the vertical blinds in MBR in full sun, as it gets very warm on this side of condo. View can still be enjoyed from the LR at these times.

Private, air conditioned, pool side Cabana (1 of 12) with wet bar, wicker seating & full bath available to our guest at a special rate - TBD at time of stay. The complex has two communal Gulf Side pools, one heated, (seasonally), fitness center with two saunas, and reception hall with full Gulf view, large flat screen TV and bar - perfect for gathering with other guests. Gated, secure, covered parking guaranteed for one vehicle, plus the possibility of another in the adjoining fenced lot; except during Cruisin' the Coast. Limited open parking in front available on first come basis.

Location convenient to gaming, performing arts, bowling, Big Play, eateries, museums, golf, shopping, coliseum, and much more. Sea Breeze is the only high rise condo on the sugar white sands of Biloxi beach, a city reflecting the true spirit of the South. It is by all means the "dream" getaway, romantic weekend, or home away. "Children will be children", the 10th floor is not recommended for the little ones.
