1. No pets allowed at the property.

2. No extra guests are permitted unless they are disclosed in advance.

3. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). Smoking violations will result in an additional charge.

4. No parties, drinking events, or loud noise. This is a quiet neighborhood, and we ask that you respect our neighbors.

5. Any complaints regarding noise, parties, or disturbances may result in fines and immediate removal from the property without refund.

6. No fires of any kind are allowed on the property.

7. Do not use the gas fireplace.
