Parguera Retreat is configured as our own second home getaway. The space is configured to be the perfect place for a family stay within La Parguera.

Equipped with automatic BACKUP ELECTRIC GENERATOR, you won’t need to worry about utilities outages while visiting La Parguera.

Within walking distance to the town and plaza where all the action takes place. Great for busy days. 2-3 min walk!

The space
The listing consists of a 3 bedroom 2 bath home a fully equipped and air conditioned kitchen and living room, with parking and private gate entrance.

Really fast WIFI: 1 GIGABIT service, perfect for remote work and the whole family streaming multiple tv shows.

Every room is configured with independent A/C, a TV, and confortable beds. 2 rooms offer 1 full size bed and a twin sized bed. The other room offers a queen sized bed with spring mattresses and memory foam topper for a cushy yet great night sleep.

Bathrooms are spacious, modern, and fully equipped with a full set of towels, toiletries and all the basic necessities that you might need while staying.

We have placed emphasis on hotel like quality and comforts. Like full set of pillows, blankets and comforters.

The property is equipped with its own automatic backup GENERATOR and water holding tank. Utility outages will NOT interrupt your vacation and enjoyment of the beautiful La Parguera.

The property is within a close walking distance to La Parguera’s downtown and where everything takes place. On busy days/weekends, it is easier and FASTER to walk to town than to try to find parking.

You will find that our place is within 2-3 minute walk from most places yet we are located on a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Away from the music and general partying that happens during the night in town.
