Nice apartment in Comiso

This apartment is located on the top floor of a semi-detached house in a residential area of Comiso, not far from the airport. The owner occasionally lives on the lower floor. All amenities such as gazebo, barbecue, swimming pool (depth from 140 cm to 280 cm) and outdoor areas are available exclusively to guests. The accommodation is carefully furnished. The owner offers free use of bicycles. In the garden there is a corner for children equipped with slide, swing and playhouse. For adults there is a basketball hoop, table tennis table and a small bocce court (grass). A small shaded gazebo surrounded by citrus trees is available for moments of relaxation. The house is located in Comiso (the old "Kasmeneo"), a place full of history and curiosities to discover. The location is a good starting point to visit the most interesting places in this part of Sicily. The SS514 road is only 2 km away and connects Catania with Syracuse and the most interesting sights such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto and Caltagirone, all within a few kilometers. If you want to spend a few days at the beach, the Iblea coast with its long sandy beaches and crystal clear sea is about 15 km away (awarded with the blue flag for the good quality of the sea water).
