The loop is about 80 meters away almost on the doorstep. Several rooms and the balcony of the holiday home have a water view.

Like the name of the house, the furnishings are Scandinavian and reflect the proximity to the sea and nature with their maritime touch. Hygge is the Danish-Norwegian word for cosiness, cosiness and comfort as the principle of life.

The small, detached holiday home exudes a warm, hygienic atmosphere that invites you to cuddle on the comfortable sofa, to socialize in the afternoons or on cozy cooking evenings.
The open design of the living and dining area on the ground floor allows you to exchange ideas with everyone in the room while working in the kitchen. Through the floor-level windows directly in front of the dining table, you can see the large, green-edged terrace and the garden. Here you can have a wonderfully extensive breakfast.
To freshen up, the spacious bathroom on the ground floor with a sink, toilet and shower invites you. The towel heater offers a lot of space.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor to the three bedrooms and a small bathroom with a sink, toilet and a view of the river. Two rooms are each equipped with a double bed with two 90cmx200cm mattresses. One room has a 90cmx200cm single bed and you look through the window into the green and the water. Storage space for clothes is available in the bedroom furniture and in the hall cabinet above. Each room has a window or balcony door. The door leads to a spacious balcony, which is worth sitting on to watch the boats, the dike and birds on the loop.
In the warm half of the year you can grill on the terrace below and enjoy the sun. An awning provides shade and an air conditioning system inside ensures cooling.
Behind the house you also have the opportunity to set up the patio furniture and look into the green, the loop and the landmark of Kappeln, the Schleibrücke. It connects the regions of fishing and swans. Several times a day you can see it being folded up to let excursion and sailing boats pass on the loop.
In the cold season, the small extension behind the house is an advantage, as it is very practical as an entrance area, cloakroom, shoe rack and as a dog drying area. A large dog or two small dogs are welcome. However, we ask you to handle the wooden floor with care.
The whole garden is fenced and the terrace can also be separated by a door so that dogs can run and romp freely in the garden and / or on the spacious terrace. There is space for two cars in the driveway.
The landlords do not live on the property. The greenery around the terrace ensures privacy.

The area offers a variety of excursions and activities:
Kopperby is located on the Schwansen peninsula directly on the Schlei Baltic fjord. The house is only 80m from the water. The district of Rückeberg is located on a dike, a beach path and is surrounded by gently undulating kink landscapes with fields, meadows and forests. A well-developed network of cycle paths can be reached quickly. The sea and bathing beaches are only 6-8 km away. If you like fishing, you can get a holiday fishing permit from the city of Kappeln and you have the fishing area between Arnis and Kappeln right on your doorstep. The loop is also great for sailing, canoeing / kayaking and motor boating. A marina is only about 500m from the house.

The maritime town of Kappeln (3 km) with its beautiful harbor promenade is very close. Excursion boats to Schleimünde or inland start here every day. From the promenade you can see the historic herring fence, which is still used by fishermen. At the harbor you can indulge in culinary delights in restaurants, cake and ice cream cafés and a fish stall. In summer there are many opportunities to sit outside and watch the goings-on on the water. From here you can also reach the pedestrian zone with shops, a chocolate factory and restaurants. A guided visit to the windmill "Amanda" is interesting and informative. City tours start from the harbor and are offered through the tourist information office.

Those looking for wellness will find what they are looking for in the surrounding area. There is a large wellness center in Damp (11km) right on the sea with various saunas, swimming pool and promising massage and beauty treatments on offer. The yoga studio in Kappeln is even closer, where holiday guests can also take part in the current courses after registration. There are also a few smaller cosmetic and massage studios there.

A trip to the Geltinger Birk Nature Park (23 km) is worthwhile because of the wild horse herd, the unspoilt landscape and the water birds that can be observed here. The paths are varied and lead z. T. over wooden walkways, swamps, paddocks, meadows and through forests. On many sections you can see the sea while hiking and see Danish islands in the distance. In the small village of Falshöft (19 km) you will find a typical red, white and striped lighthouse on the beach, which can be visited regularly as part of a guided tour at certain times of the season. Here you can relax and refresh yourself in a picturesque thatched-roof katen café.
