The pool is heated on days when the outside air temperature is above 50°F.
Please note: The pool heater is unable to operate and will automatically shut off when the outside temperature drops to 50°F or below to ensure efficient operation.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

• Parking for 4 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• NO STREET PARKING
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement.
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
