You will love Hinter Haven Cottage-North. This home is a short walk from DT and is located on a wooded lot in a desired area of Sister Bay. The home has a king bed and 4 bedrooms, full kitchen with all the amenities. Private deck off the back of the house. 4 bedrooms and full laundry. Games, puzzles, warm family times around the hearth. Easy walk for sunsets and boating fun. You will love the `close to everything` location. Reserve your vacation now.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath with skylight. On the main floor you have a large master bedroom and master bath with tub and showers. Full size laundry and large spacious garage space. Deck is large and private. Dining area has room for 8 and feeds into the living room. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee makers and blender are waiting for you to use. AND another bedroom . so two BR up and two on the main

Parking outside the garage or in the garage. ** note ** by renting this cottage, you agree to roll the garbage bins to the street either Monday night of Tuesday morning. Sister Bay collects trash on TUESDAY. You agree to roll the bins down and bring them back up. IF YOU fail, you will be charged the extra fee for the garbage company to come back and get the trash. *****

BEDROOM info: Two upstairs. One larger with TV(Roku) and one regular. Both of these are queen beds. On the main, you have large bedroom with a KING bed and master bath. Down the hall you have another bedroom with a Full size bed and across the hall is the bathroom. This is a desired neighborhood in Sister Bay. The goats from the roof live just east of here. You can watch them go to work each day as they drive in on Hill Road. Wooded and secluded area with very pretty home and a easy stroll to DT Sister Bay or JJ`s restaurant to the north. Sunset viewing is close.

The location is ideal for those who like to walk by the water.
This home is located in a neighborhood so you need to be respectful of the neighbors and keep the Quiet Times quiet. 10 pm -8 am

The house was layed out nicely and had everything you would need. Weather could have been better, Lots of trees on property. Close to Sister Bay but not really walkable. Very hilly. We had a nice time.

Great space to relax and enjoy Door County

The property was ideal as was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the wooded views yet it was a quick walk to the center of Sister Bay which was handy as we had one vehicle. We had a delightful trip.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! There were 8 of us total (2 of them were children) and we had plenty of room. The house was REALLY clean and fully stocked. Thank you for the memories...we'll be back!!!

Well kept, well stocked, walkable to Sister Bay

Our group had a great experience at this property. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, had a ton of board games for a rainy afternoon, and was very clean. It's also walkable to Sister Bay - about a 1 mile walk from the house to Al Johnson's. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could need and more. Everything worked well and there were lots of games for indoor and outdoor fun. The wooded lot is peaceful and relaxing and the walks in the neighborhood and to downtown Sister Bay were fun and good exercise. Highly recommend this property!

Great Place

Great house! Well stocked with all the amenities. You can park in the garage which is really nice. Enjoyed the fire pit area each night! Close to plenty of restaurants (Al Johnson’s!). But still secluded enough to enjoy. Great property for any type of group!

What a lovely home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hinter Haven North. The home was in a great location in Sister Bay. The thoughtfulness of the hosts made our stay feel like home. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the yard games!

Great location -- clean property

We didn't spend that much time at the home (it was slightly dated) but very clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and very nice private yard. Close to downtown Sister Bay. Thank you!

Great place in a great location

Four ladies on a weekend getaway totally enjoyed our stay at Hinterhaven North. The home is spacious and beautifully appointed. It was spotlessly clean in all respects. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare a meal. The log burning stove made for cozy evenings after exploring Door County.

Highly Recommend!!

The property is amazing. Extremely well appointed. The fire pit was nice to relax around after a long day of shopping and sight seeing. Fully stocked game closet for those rainy days. Bathroom and kitchen amenities are top notch and with both gas and charcoal grills, our cooks were very happy! Looking forward to staying for an entire week next year!

Girls weekend

Great stay! Clean, plenty of space, nicely decorated. Kitchen stocked with everything you need and drawers/cabinets labeled so we were not searching forever for what we needed. Outdoor area beautiful with lots of trees. Fall colors of leaves were amazing! Took advantage of the wineries in the area as well as great restaurants and the tavern downtown. All so much fun! Would love to stay again! Thank you!

Great Property for 2 families

We booked this house for 2 families of 4 (2 10 yr olds and 2 8 yr olds plus 4 parents). The main floor Primary with a bath felt pretty removed from the main living area, which was great for privacy. It worked really well to have 1 family up and one on the main level. Walkable to DT, but we biked it a few times as well with the kids. The house had everything we needed, plus a big garage with yard games (bags, bocce, ladder golf). We just parked bikes in the garage, but it could have been handy space for the kids if we’d had a rainout day. Nice deck space as well. Owner was very responsive to a couple questions at check in. We’d definitely stay here again.

Comfortable House Close to Sister Bay

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were a group of eight women and the house was nice and spacious. Things we loved: The kitchen cabinets and drawers were all labeled so everything was easy to find, the house was super clean, the location was great - about a 2 minute drive to downtown Sister Bay, beds were comfortable, and they had a huge game closet! Things that could be improved: The master bathroom tub was broken, we loved the back deck but it needs a good power wash, and there needed to be better communication. I was sent an email that said checkout time was 11:00am but I guess it was supposed to be 10:00am. The owners arrived at 10:30am and, seeing that we were still at the house, proceeded to walk right inside which was a bit surprising. They later apologized via text which we really appreciated! Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. If you're a bigger group, it's a great size house and it's fully stocked with pretty much everything you need. Very comfortable and clean and just needs a few changes made.
