Property was exactly as stated. There was a glitch or two yet the host was very good at solving the issue and communicating with our group. I would stay again. Price was very good and the property was very clean.

Very nice and new property. My only complaint is that there was no hair dryer, even though it was included in the listing (so I didn’t bring one). It was an inconvenience to have to go get one.

I cannot really say enough about how kindly we were treated while we were here. I had some special requests and they were given without hesitation. The place is beautiful. It’s well done and I love feeling like we were practically the first people to use the place (though I’m sure that isn’t the case) I think this will be the first place I look for every time I come back to visit.

The townhome itself was nice, and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and half bath works great for families. The garage was a nice bonus, albeit the smallest garage I've ever been in (literally inches to spare in not hitting my side mirrors pulling in to the garage, between my front bumper and front wall, and back bumper and garage door), but it was nice to have a garage in which to park.Communication with the host was absolutely terrible. I received an e-mail (not a notification to check the VRBO app, but a direct e-mail) shortly after we arrived inviting me to "please feel free to reach out with any problems or issues." I sent two e-mails with questions/issues, and to this date I have never received any response whatsoever. If you are going to e-mail someone directly instead of communicating through the VRBO app, then you should respond to direct e-mails in that same thread!!!The TV in the main living room downstairs never worked the entire time we were there. It kept saying the internet was not connected, but when I went into setting, it was logged in to the internet (and I even logged out and back in). Hair dryers are typical, but there was no hair dryer we could find anywhere. The toilet paper holder in the second bathroom upstairs was broken and kept falling off. There were a few stains on the carpet. Most of the above could have been addressed if the host would have responded to e-mails.We would likely still stay there again if we had any assurance the host would respond

This was the perfect property for our week long stay in the Shelly/Idaho Falls area. The house was much larger than it appeared in the photos. It was EXTREMELY clean and modern. Tons of room and it had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and needed to prepare and prep a lot of food to take to the reception. The kitchen was stocked with all of the needed equipment so we didn't have to buy anything extra. It was perfect.The host was communicative and gave detailed instructions and direction and was available if needed, but at the same time once checked in gave distance and allowed for our privacy. We will for sure reach out again the next time we are in the area.There was plenty of closet space to put our belongings away so we didn't feel like we were living in a hotel room. It really felt like home. The only suggestion for the host is to provide hangers for all of the closets. If not, be prepared to bring your own or buy while you are in town.
