This room features a queen-sized bed and mountain views, smart TV, luxury chair, and blackout curtains.

Bedroom 3-
Cozy up in this kids room with 2-full size bunk beds and mountain views.

Master Bath-
Fully stocked with a large walk-in shower, jack and jill sinks, large walk-in closet, and separate toilet. Hair dryer is also located in the bathroom with luxury soap products (conditioner, shampoo, bath gel).

Bath 2-
Fully stocked with a large bathtub/shower combo. Hair dryer is also located in the bathroom with luxury soap products (conditioner, shampoo, bath gel).


Bath 3-
This bathroom is located on the main floor as a 1/2 bath that comes fully stocked.

For those looking to get out on the lake, paddleboards and kayaks are available to rent nearby, offering an easy way to soak in the views and enjoy the calm water. Whether you’re unwinding by the fire, taking a lakeside stroll, or paddling at sunset, the outdoor amenities here make it easy to relax and recharge.

KITCHEN:
This chef-inspired kitchen has everything you need and more. Start your morning at the fully stocked coffee station, and prep meals with ease. With ample cabinet space, 8-person dining table, 3-person bar top, it’s perfect for cooking and entertaining. You`ll find plenty of glassware, silverware, baby-friendly dishes, and a full spice rack—including olive oil—so you can feel right at home.

GENERAL:
High speed wifi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, and cleaning essentials are provided.

FAQ:
This is in a quieter neighborhood with elderly neighbors. Please be respectful of everyones peace and tranquility at this gorgeous property!

PARKING:
We have an oversized 2 car garage with one extended stall for larger trucks and then additional street parking can be found in the circular drive of the cul-de-sack. PLEASE NOTE- parking directly in front of the garage will not be allowed as it may block neighbors from the shared driveway.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking on the premises including patios (additional cleaning fees will be applied). No large events or parties are allowed at our home with our prior consent. The home is monitored with noise monitoring devices that will automatically notify you if you and your guests are over the allowable noise level. This is a family neighborhood in which we request full privacy and respect for our neighbors is required. Any violation can result in additional fees. We encourage a fun and hospitable escape for our guests but please be respectful of all!

ADDITIONAL INFO:
The garage can be accessed via a remote found on the entry coat rack/table and must be placed back. Pool and fitness center keys will also be placed in the same spot. Rekeying/replacing will result in a $75 fee. Thanks!

I can always be reached by phone- unless I`m stuck somewhere on a mountain adventure without service- and can occasionally make myself available in person!

Our home is a Townhome connected with other property owners and does not have a backyard. Any photos you see listed other than the main patio for relaxing and grilling will be of the community clubhouse and areas surrounding the lake- all of which can be accessed by guests. Please inquire for any special events that you may want to host at the community center for special bookings which we`ll be more than happy to assist reserve for you.

This is a family neighborhood- we please ask that you respect our home and our neighbors if you`re traveling with a larger group! The front door does have a Ring doorbell to help us protect our home especially for deliveries but this also does help us monitor unwanted guests. If you plan on having additional people over please acknowledge that with us so we know ahead of time. Keep in mind additional guest fees will be added for anybody staying over night who are not apart of the original booking party. Thank you!

It’s a great property but could be better for the price with just a few things….there were zero hangers and when we asked the response was there should be some in the closet. Of course that’s where we looked…we just ended up buying some. The porch is great with a lovely view…but no furniture so to sit out there we had to carry heavy chairs from dining room table. The living room couches were in a weird angle with no coffee table or ottoman so not super comfortable..,the island stools very old and one was broken. Other than these few small fixes we had a nice stay. The host was great when we checked in but then not very responsive until we were about to check out. Not sure what we would have done if we truly needed something!

We had a great stay! The property was clean and well-maintained.We especially enjoyed the walking path around the lake, with its birds and beautiful mountain views.Our only suggestion is adding a patio set for outdoor seating. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay again.
