Welcome to your Deer Valley East mountain getaway. Just completed, this brand new townhome offers modern comfort, plenty of space, and an ideal location for skiing, lake days, and year round adventure. With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half baths, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is perfect for families or groups.
The Space
Designed for both gathering and privacy, the home features multiple levels and living areas so everyone has room to relax. The open main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space filled with natural light. After a day on the mountain or at the lake, unwind in your private hot tub, available exclusively for guests.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is stocked for everyday cooking and group meals, with full size appliances, cookware, bakeware, and a coffee setup. The dining area is ideal for shared meals, games, or planning the next day’s activities.
Garage and Parking
The garage is reserved for the owner’s vehicle and is not available for guest parking. Guests are welcome to use the garage for ski and gear storage only. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Please follow posted community parking guidelines.
Location
Located in the Deer Valley East area near the Jordanelle side of the resort, the home offers convenient access to skiing via a local shuttle during ski season. In summer, Jordanelle Reservoir, hiking, biking, and scenic drives are just minutes away. Historic Park City Main Street is a short drive for dining, shopping, and nightlife.

The home is located in a newly developed area with modern surroundings and occasional daytime construction activity.
The neighborhood is residential and peaceful, making it a great fit for guests seeking a quieter mountain stay.
Guests will have private access to the entire townhome. Door code and detailed check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.
We respect our guests’ privacy and will give you space to enjoy your stay. That said, we are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything during your visit.
Bathrooms: The home has 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. Some booking platforms may display this differently due to formatting.
Garage: The garage is reserved for the owner’s vehicle and is not available for guest parking. Guests may use the garage for ski and gear storage only.
Parking: Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway.
Trash and Recycling: There is no recycling service at this property. Trash pickup occurs on Mondays. If your stay includes a Monday, or if you are checking out on Sunday, we kindly ask that you place the trash bin at the curb and return it after pickup, if possible.
