The pool area shared by just a few guests, creating an intimate resort feel.

The space
Comfortable studio powered by solar....situated next to the pool. Queen bed with plush mattress & a sofa bed with new mattress for the children. Easy access to the covered patio. Relax in the pool, take in the mountain & ocean views, while grilling on our gas or charcoal grills. Or play a game or 2 of cornhole.
Sun-loungers for soaking in the rays, patio furniture for soaking in the mountain & valley view, while sneaking a peak at the ocean in the distance.

Guest access
Space available for the guests is within the fenced area by the pool.
* Salt water pool is shared with 1 other unit that holds up to 4 people.
*Parking areas, outside front fence

Other things to note
Since we use solar we do ask guests to conserve energy, by shutting off lights & air while they are not in the unit.
*We also have a 3,500 gallon cistern and ask that guests be mindful when we are having a water outage. We just want to ensure everyone has plenty of water.
* In case of emergencies and for any reason our solar panels & batteries are not operational we do have a generator.
