This pretty part of a semi-detached house is located 4 km from Castelfranco di Sopra, in a dominant panoramic position on the Valdarno in the Balze nature reserve.



The accommodation consists of three fully equipped apartments, which are not connected internally but via an external staircase.

The house is on two floors. From the loggia entrance on the first floor, where you can enjoy a marvellous, suggestive panorama, you have access to the living room and kitchen, to two double bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the valley. On the ground floor are the other bedrooms with their bathrooms. There are tables and chairs under the pergola in front of the house and part of the private garden below. Guests also have access to various games for children, table tennis, volleyball and boccia.



The restaurant area with a large covered terrace is located approx. 100 metres from the house. Here you will find organic products (wine, oil) from the small farm. A little further up is the large pool, where you can sunbathe and admire the relaxing landscape among the olive groves. The pool, which is available to all guests, has a children's swimming area and a whirlpool area.



The holiday home is ideally located for visiting Arezzo (40 km) and its beautiful surroundings, as well as other interesting cities such as Florence (40 km), Siena (57 km), the Chianti hills (30 km) and other areas of wine production (Via dei Colli Aretini, Setteponti). The access road is narrow for 1.2 km.
