Coccinella Apartment with Private Terrace, Garden, and Air Conditioning

Coccinella is a 35 m² apartment located in the heart of San Teodoro, just steps from shops, restaurants, and all local services. It’s the ideal base for discovering Gallura and its beaches with the comfort of a well-connected location.



The apartment is on the ground floor and features two bedrooms—a double and a single, connected to each other—a bathroom with shower, and a private kitchen equipped with a gas stove. The private fenced garden of about 60 m² offers an exclusive outdoor space with a terrace, perfect for evenings outside.



Air conditioning ensures maximum comfort on hot days. WiFi with included data traffic and cable TV are provided.



Mosquito screens are installed on the shutters of doors and windows, as is customary in Sardinian homes during summer. As in many areas of Sardinia, we recommend using mineral water for drinking; tap water is suitable for personal hygiene and cooking.



Parking is available nearby on the public street, and public transport is within walking distance.



Electricity consumption is the guest’s responsibility and is mandatory. The amount is available for an extra fee.
