In the common outdoor area of the residence you will find a 24 m² swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The nearest restaurant is right next door, while a selection of supermarkets, restaurants, stores and cafes can be found in Pieve, about 4 km or a 6-minute drive away. You can also reach Campione with its famous kite-surfing spots within a 20-minute drive (9 km), and the pebble beaches of Limone sul Garda, including Spiaggia Cola, await about 6 km or a 12-minute drive away. Pool hours are from 10 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon.
