On the southern coast of Lanzarote, the holiday apartment Los Pocillos is located in a quiet complex in Matagorda and is just a short walk from the popular beach Playa de Los Pocillos. The apartment in stylish decor is located on the first floor and consists of a living/dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed and one sofa bed for 1 person) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a baby cot. In the communal outdoor area you will find a 150 m² pool and children’s pool, both open all year round, which are lined by sun loungers and parasols. The common area of the residence also offers a shared barbecue. On your private balcony, equipped with an awning, a small table and chairs, you are invited to begin the day with a fresh cup of coffee or round off a long day at the beach with a glass of wine during the colorful sunset. Due to the apartment’s spectacular location in Los Pocillos, a supermarket, bike rental store, and a selection of restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. Furthermore, the beautiful, sandy beach of Playa Matagorda awaits your visit just 800 m or a 10-minute walk away. Here you can stretch out on the soft sand and listen to the calming waves roll up on shore.
