Located on the 7th floor of a large residential complex (with an elevator), this charming apartment has ocean views from every room and consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 4 single beds and one with one double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly apartment additionally includes air conditioning, a television, a washing machine, a baby cot (upon request) and Wi-Fi (in the communal area of the complex, which you have to pay for at reception). There is also a shower chair for wheelchair users available. The homeowner will leave you a bottle of water and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. An airport transfer can be arranged upon request and for an extra charge. The building has a 24 hour reception. A motorized wheelchair can be rented from the reception. Groups of people under 25 are not allowed.
