Ultimate Luxury 3 Bedroom - Amazing Views

If you are looking for a discount 3 bedroom cabin this unfortunately will not be a good option for you. Wine Down is a custom 3 bedroom cabin that formerly was a private residence. While the amazing view would be enough to satisfy most guests, this cabin is also loaded with upscale amenities from the high end kitchen and granite counter tops, to the luxury furnishings and upgraded bedding.

Maximum occupancy in Wine Down is 8 guests and due to the high end furnishings and electronics we cannot make an exception to this policy. (3 suites and 1 sleeper sofa in loft)

Wine down is a 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin with king master suites. Each suite is on it's own level and the cabin features a game room with pool table and a 60" TV.

Views from every porch Mt LeConte

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I felt the property was good. It needs to have more kitchen towels, and the tubs had jets that were dirty. I felt like the cleaners rushed to clean the cabin. It was like the were short people cause the tops of alot of stuff was dusty. The jets in the tubs were dirty cause my wife wanted to take a Jacuzzi bath but didn't want to get in it. But the cabin was very nice and I would stay there again. And our friends really liked it. Good value.

Rear deck, furniture and gas fireplace offered incredible views and a quiet place to relax. The game room was hours of fun for the kids (and adults too!). Rooms have big windows with instagram worthy pics. You wake to wide views of mountain peaks in the master bedroom bed. All the beds were soft, clean and very comfortable. Wood fireplace worked flawlessly. The hot tub was the only area where it was dated and seemed to need a chem treatment since the top didn’t attach firmly and was low on water when we arrived.

Had some difficulties with the direct tv but we hardly watched anything as we played so many games of pool, foosball and arcade games. Management was wonderful and helped with questions and requests. We even had a bear get into our vehicle since we forgot to lock it. No damage since there was no food, only muddy paw prints. Would have loved to get this on video as it would've added to our great stories. If you are on the fence with renting this property, don't be. STUNNING views and a gorgeous cabin. Would definitely love to stay here agsin.

Only negative was no bedroom on main level as I’m disabled. Primary suite with walk-in shower is on third level. Cabin was well equipped. Gas range was a plus as was separate refrigerator and freezer. Away from huge tourist crowds but easily accessible to Hwy 321, artisan community and Gatlinburg.

The house is very comfortable and have everything you need for a nice stay. However, the cleaning was not up to par. There was a pair of dirty socks under the bathroom rug that probably has not been changed before our stay. Check-in was simple and the management company is always available by SMS.

The views are amazing and the cabin is luxurious, yet homey and comfortable. Only recommendations would be to maybe invest in a new master bedroom mattress, it’s showing some definite wear. And also a pizza cutter for the kitchen. Every other utensil possible is there! Wonderful place and I’d love to go back 😊😁

One phone call to the resort the night of check-in prompted an immediate return call which was handled first thing the next morning after check-in. Cabin was extremely well furnished and equipped for our needs. Hopefully it will be available next year as we like to visit the area in early December.

DON'T BE FOOLED! The website pictures do NOT match cabin!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Burned out bulbs in the lights, broken clocks, sound system unusable, tv didn't work sometimes, screen porch door is missing so it's useless, large stains on the bedroom carpets, stains on rugs, dead bugs in bedrooms all over, view on two porches not the same as shown, patios are completely overrun with webbing, pests, leaves, debris, rotten wood, etc. The wicker furniture is a spider nest! The porches are unusable! Nothing looks like it has been cleaned in 10-15 years. If we rented a rustic cabin, our expectations would be different, but this is marketed as a luxury cabin. There is stickiness, grime, and dust or dirt on every surface. To add insult to injury, when we arrived garbage was on the porch and in the driveway, including a used toilet seat, a box, plastic, and other garbage, the dishwasher had filthy unwashed dishes in it, and the couches and floor had food crumbs and white goo everywhere so we had to clean the cabin ourselves when we arrived! And yet Elksprings charges a hefty cleaning fee! The cabin is decorated (with filthy decorations) for fall but they also left up some dirty Christmas decorations too! It just shows the lack of care. The batteries don't work in remotes, a lot of the furniture is not what was pictured, and there are giant spider webs in the corners of the living room and bedrooms. Under all the beds it's a disgusting mess that has literally not been vacuumed since who knows when! For example, the master bed and next to nightstands there were bugs, thick layers of dust, and debris. The basement bedrooms were in similar condition. The rugs had large gross stains on them.

The cabin has seen some wear and tear from all he rentals but the management has done a good job keeping it nice. It’s a shame others who rent the cabin don’t treat it with respect. Beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need. When you walk into the home and look outside it is the most gorgeous place to be in the smokies. It was so much fun watching the mountains at different times of the day. We saw bears walking on the road a few times. House is well stocked and if you are used to being in a cabin - be sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. We did find we needed a few more trash bags so we had to go get those. I’ve stayed in cabins for many years this is by FAR the best place I’ve been. We will definitely plan another trip!!We spent the majority of our time watching the mountains, the wildlife, trees, playing games, cooking and watching tv. If you rent this place, go to the store stock up and enjoy this cabin verses the hustle and bustle of the town. You won’t be disappointed. This is the first time we have rented with Elk Springs. Absolutely love the ease of the reservation, check in, follow through , pricing and friendliness. Best rental company to work with!

The home was immaculately clean upon our arrival, and decor and furnishing of the highest quality. From the spectacular views to the pool table and gaming area, our family of four thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay. The remote, peaceful location is complimented by a 15-20 minute drive to town to enjoy all Gatlinburg has to offer- it's the best of both worlds! Incredible Views and Beautiful Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wine down was an excellent cabin. The views can't be beat! The kitchen was large and had everything we needed (except coffee filters - bring your own). We had a great Friendsgiving weekend and would love to return next year!
