The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a double-over-double bunk bed in the third bedroom. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional space for guests. Step outside onto the oceanfront balcony to soak in direct Atlantic Ocean views along with a north-facing perspective up the shoreline.

Inside the condo, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi for added convenience. All bed linens and bath towels are included, along with a starter package of essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, coffee, creamer, sugar, and basic spices.

The Sea Watch building offers a wide array of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, elevators, a welcoming lobby, fitness center, game room, sauna, playground, and outdoor showers—perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach.

PLEASE NOTE: May 1st to October 31st, the building requires payment of a $75 parking fee. This fee is subject to change at the building s discretion.

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Quiet hours: 10pm-6am

Before you head out:
1. Take out the trash.
2. Load and start the dishwasher.
3. Check for any personal belongings. Shipping items to your address will result in a minimum $35 fee.
