SECURITY CAMERAS: For security purposes, the property has an exterior camera facing the alleyway and a doorbell camera. Both are located outside and do not monitor any interior spaces.
SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The home was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and quick to reply to any messages, which made the whole experience even better.
I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the complimentary drinks provided, which was a really nice surprise. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.
Thank you so much for such a great stay. I would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!
