The living / dining area contains a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The couch in the living room offers a comfortable seat and offers a bed for two people (folding bed approx. 150x200). The apartment has its own terrace (at ground level) with seating. A grill is provided.

The apartment is quiet and is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with 3 residential units. It has its own entrance (on the right side of the house) and its own parking lot.

The apartment is located in the heart of Bollschweils. The sports field including great hiking trails, the Heizmann bakery, the Bolando village inn, the Helin Kebab restaurant or the Bollschweiler castle can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The same applies to the "Bolando" bus stop. From here you have regular connections towards Freiburg and Bad Krozingen (every 30 minutes during the week, once an hour on weekends and public holidays). The nearest supermarket (Rewe) is located in Ehrenkirchen and can be reached in a few minutes by car or by public bus.
