Our Condo
This gorgeous beach view condo is located in Phase 1 on the third floor of the Topaz building in Las Palomas. The unit is over 1500sf w/amazing ocean views.
Our unit faces west which will allow you shade in the am to sleep off the night before activities.

Condo features
It is one of only a few 3 true bedrooms 2 bathrooms w/a split floor plan.
Two ocean view bedrooms w/sliding glass doors to balcony and black out blinds.
An oversized bunk room with Bunk Beds to sleep all the kids & area for gaming. Flat Screen TV's throughout including 2 in the bunk room.

The 2 bathrooms have floor to ceiling marble and inlaid travertine with walk in showers.
It offers 442sf patio/balcony with table and chairs that seat up to 10 people to enjoy those great ocean and pool views and a short walk to the beach. Balcony with sofa & loveseat!

Las Palomas
Las Palomas is the largest master planned resort community in all of Puerto Peñasco, which means it offers more amenities to you than at other resorts. Including a Jack Nicholas Golf Course, Palapas on the Beach, Beach Volleyball, Water Slides & Kiddy Pools, Negative-Edge Pools, Jacuzzi's, Swim-Up Bars, Lazy Rivers, Lounge Chairs with optional Face Shields, Room service, Pool-Side Eateries, Upscale Restaurants, coffee shop, onsite Spa, Fitness Center, Convention Halls, and much more. We are in the Las Palomas rental pool so these
rates include all resort fees and taxes including your wristbands. It also entitles you to housekeeping service, room service, restaurants & bars, gym, towel rental service, 24/7 front desk service.

We could not operate the TV. We could not figure out how to call the front desk. The condo is good to excellent. The resort is problematic because there are no restaurants, the convenience store was not open and local market wasn’t adequate. It would have been so helpful to know this ahead of time. There was no info from the owner on anything such as a list of restaurants. there was no communication from owner prior to arrival or while there. We left a day early due to food situation. We are a group of seven with hungry kids. I would not recommend staying at this resort.

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful condo with great amenities. However, there were a few issues. Cold showers were difficult to reach hot temperatures, the nozzles were not working properly. There was an issue with the drainage in the master bath shower however they did come and repair that right away. Toilet in the master bathroom had many problems flushing. The master door to the patio was extremely dirty. The main door out through the family room to the patio was extremely difficult to open and close.Otherwise, we have stayed in Las Palomas multiple times and we would stay in this property again. We did not let the owner know of all of these issues as we were busy the entire time of our trip with family staying elsewhere. However, I’m sure they will see it in our review and make sure all of these little things get taken care of for the next group.

I would not rent this unit again. Shower pressure was terrible, the shower hardware was flawed, I realized on my last day to point the knob towards the cold sign to get hot water- I basically took cold showers. Mattress was not the best, sheets were not cotton, I personally don’t like synthetic sheets. Patio door from the living was super hard to open, I even hurt my fingers at one point. Patio furniture is the cheapest quality, uncomfortable to enjoy the balcony. Everything in the kitchen was also the cheapest quality. Ohh .. even the front door is broken , the top hinge is unscrewed, making the door get hard to open and close. AC in the living room was not working one of the nights, thankfully the service guy took care of it. I wish I could say at least one good thing about this unit!

Great space for a family

The space was big enough for everyone to have privacy, but the kitchen/dining/living room area was great to share. Easy access to the beach and pools.

Great Condo Well Kept and Cozy

Weve stayed at multiple condos on sandy beach and this has been one of our favorites... We brought along some first timers and im glad they got their experience here... it was clean, cozy and well taken care if... the beds we actually comfortable, and The condo had everything we needed We will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo - Everything you need for a great vacation 10/10

Great Condo! Our group ranged from 17-55. 5 nights. We always bring some of our own food for a few dinners and bfasts: burgers, pasta, pancakes, eggs, etc. The kitchen was the most stocked with small appliances, pots/pans and utensils of any condo we've stayed at. And we used the washer/dryer - all good. The condo overall was very clean and well maintained. The only exception being the broken floor fan in the 3rd bedroom - which tended to get hot at night. We will definitely book this one again. 10/10

The little things

Everything was great just a few little things. Knobs on showers need fixed too hard to find the hot water, seems they may be backwards. Also bunk bed room no air and fan in closet doesn’t work

Beautiful condo!

We usually spend 4th of July at Paloma’s and it never fails! This condo was just beautiful and it had the most amazing views. It was very spacious and had lots of beds that made it even better for all my kids. It had everything I needed in the kitchen. I highly recommend this condo! :)

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay at this condo. This condo is a 5 star rating; but management of the resort ruined our stay following leaving. After we left; we were contacted that we had damage charges. They stated there was damage to a chair on the patio and appeared to be cigarette burns. Not only does no one drink or even smoke in our family; but we never even sat on the patio furniture during our stay. When trying to explain that to management they said it was our fault and charged our credit card anyway. We were also charged for an additional item that we noticed was broken upon our arrival. Lesson learned is that if we see something broken at Las Palomas to immediately contact the resort as it was blamed on us. This was the greatest condo we’ve stayed in and we come every year. I just feel frustrated we were charged for damages that we know were not done by us.

Great Place!

This condo was perfect! It was very clean and positioned perfect by elevator which made it quick to get anywhere on property. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed many meals there. Highly recommend this place!

We fell in love with Las Palomas Resort as they have so many great amenities, it's family friendly,wonderful staff and so much more! We have truly set this condo up to be worry free for our guest as that's the way we want it when we travel. Our goal is for you to enjoy our unit and becoming raving fans and clients for life just like our real estate business.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Having a family we know the importance of trying to truly enjoy a vacation. This resort has so much to offer for everyone. This unit is one of only a few select 3bd/2bath units. We set-up our bunk room to help us enjoy our time away and give the kids there space too. This way they can have the x-box set-up on a nice sized tv close the door and have a blast, while allowing us the great room without fighting over who gets the main tv. We have set this unit up so you can come down relax and enjoy your time away from reality. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!
