The beautiful holiday home is located between Arezzo (18 km) and Cortona (12 km), on the hills near Castiglion Fiorentino (3 km away), a very charming medieval village. The location of the villa is breathtaking, overlooking the valley, the olive groves and the village of Castiglion F.no.
The house is very comfortable and very well furnished in Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and roof beams.

It is divided on two floors. Thanks to its quiet location, the holiday home is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday as well as for excursions in Tuscany. Siena is 60 km away, Montepulciano 35 km, and Pienza 45 km. The owner lives in a house next to it and is available if the guests need anything.
